Step 1 – The application, better known as the “initial application” will allow your Loan Originator to review documents you’ve provided and help you understand which program is best for you and how much of a down payment may be required.
Being prepared and getting organized is a very important part of the Application Process. For your convenience, below is a “Required Document Checklist.” More information about required documents can be found throughout our website and will be discussed in detail during the initial consultation with your Mortgage Loan Originator.
